Best Mobile Casino Affiliate Programs 2012

I’ve been one of the first affiliates to jump on the mobile gaming bandwagon, having promoted a number of mobile casino affiliate programs over the last year.

2011 but was a big leap forward fo most mobile casino operators (mobile gambling revenue exceeded 12% of total revenue at most sites), and I expect 2012 to see even bigger growth in this field.

I think mobile casino (and betting/games) revenue is only going to increase as mobile technology improves and more users access the internet from tablet devices such as the iPad 2.  I watched a recent lecture on Ted.com that said the share of users accessing the internet from Microsoft has decreased from 90% down to 53%, largely because of mobile and tablet technology.

That said, I still don’t see mobile poker ever taking off, and I don’t have any interest in promoting it.  For example, I’ve had 12 rmps at Switch Poker in the past that have earned me combined revenue of 13 Euros.  I don’t think it’s right to knock such programs because I give them a lot of respect for being the first innovators to take a plunge at that specific market – I just don’t think it’s very economical for affiliates to promote mobile poker.

In any case, here’s my top 3 recommended mobile casinos for non-US players.  You can find my experiences of average mobile casino player value and conversion rates further down this page.

Top 3 Mobile Casino Affiliate Programs:

    1. Spin Palace Mobile – Join Wagershare.com Now!

Spin Palace Mobile is probably the best mobile casino for non-US players and my player values and conversion rates don’t really lie.

Spin Palace offers a great custom landing page for a range of devices including the iPhone, Android, Blackberry and other Smart Phones, plus they provide a great variety of mobile games for players (powered by Microgaming and Spin3) including mobile slots, video slots, mobile progressive jackpots, blackjack, roulette, bingo and more.

While All Slots Mobile (Brightshare) and Spin Palace Mobile offer virtually identical programs, I prefer Spin Palace Mobile because they offer a bigger $1,000 welcome bonus, a brand new £10 no deposit bonus, and I’ve found the AM support is really good.

You can also set up a custom mobile landing page on your affiliate site using tools provided by Wagershare!

    2. All Slots Mobile – Join Brightshare.com Now!

All Slots Mobile (Brightshare.com) offers pretty much everything that Wagershare does.  They have a great variety of mobile casino games across platforms such as the iPhone, Android, iPad and Blackberry, plus their online casino is one of the best online casinos for slots players – traditionally the biggest revenue earners.

Brightshare also offers a custom mobile landing page script for affiliate sites and I definitely recommend signing up to them.

    3. Jackpot City Mobile Casino – Join ReferBack.com Now!

Jackpot City Mobile is one of the best-known UK mobile casinos.  They’ve previously promoted their mobile casino on TV adverts and their online casino is one of the best.

Just like Spin Palace and All Slots Mobile Casino, Jackpoty City’s mobile games are powered by Microgaming and Spin3 and they include a range of video slots, 3-reel slots and progressive slot games.

While I don’t particularly like JPC’s affiliate backend, they convert well for mobile customers and they’re very willing to work on a CPA basis.

What’s the Average Player Value and Conversion Rates for Mobile Casino Players?

I think one of the main reasons why affiliates haven’t jumped onto the mobile gaming bandwagon is because the conversion rates, player value and market size isn’t there yet.

I kind of agree with this.  From personal experiences I’ve seen that a lot of my mobile casino sign-ups have just wanted to play around on the games for free, depositing maybe $20-$100 each if anything.  Conversion rates are much lower than online casinos as you’d expect (probably around 20% from my experiences) but you do occasionally still get players depositing $1,000+ and dropping a large amount in the mobile slots games.  A lot of mobile casinos I’m working with are also willing to work with $150 CPAs which is kind of similar to the online casino industry.

However, given the limited competition in the market I’d still say it’s definitely worth targeting.  Don’t forget, by targeting mobile casino players, you’ll also pick up customers that play on the main online casino sites too.

I have to say that the biggest downside to the mobile gambling industry has been the limited development of US-friendly mobile casinos, which has been stymied by the UIGEA 2006.  No US-friendly casinos have been willing to invest in mobile software, and the best known US mobile casino (Slotland Mobile) hasn’t converted at all for me.
